Should you be interested in Cornerstone Health, you can opt for coverage for yourself, you and your spouse, or a family of up to four (dependents are covered until age 26). With all of our programs, you can receive the following care, which is 100% covered each year:

• 2 dental cleanings and exams
• 1 set of x-rays
• 1 oral cancer screening
• 1 fluoride treatment (for ages 15 and under)
